Description: Ladies only fitness through football sessions.
No matter if you have never played football before or if you play for a team these sessions are for you.
All activities work on building fitness whilst teaching fun football drills.
A small group of ages ranging from 16 to older age groups who gather and just enjoy exercise would love to have more people join us.
Sessons are lead by a fully qualified sports coach.
