Colin is one of the countries top sporting leaders and is currently the Director of Swimming for London. Leading Britain’s number one participation sport in the lead up to the Olympics in the host city is a unique challenge. Colin works closely with central government, health authorities and the Olympic agencies to deliver for the games and importantly for a London legacy.
Colin has uniquely undertaken two parliamentary fellowships with former secretary state Lord Pendry and with Shadow Minister Stephen Hammond MP, and holds a Diploma in International Sports Law, a Masters in Coaching Studies and a Hon’s degree in Psychology.
A former performance rowing coach and talented athlete Colin has chosen to work within sport and leisure due to its unique ability to develop people and build communities.
