For over 13 years Holly has been involved with the Women's Sport and Fitness Foundation in a variety of personal and professional capacities. At the age of 18 Holly was encouraged to join a local WSF training course on developing coaching skills for women and since then has contributed to WSFF at every opportunity.
Holly is currently working as Development Director for England Hockey, the National Governing Body for Hockey in England. Previous to this she spent 4 years at Sport England as Head of Delivery for the London Region, working with a variety of sporting and non-sporting agencies across London to increase sport and physical activity participation.
Holly started her career as a Regional Development Officer for British Cycling in the South of England, largely as a result of the voluntary experience with WSF. She then progressed to England Hockey as Regional Development Manager for the South East and London. Prior to joining Sport England Holly worked as a Partnership Manger for the London Active Partnership, which received Lottery funding to develop sporting pathways for young people who wanted to take part and progress in sport.
Holly has a general passion for sport and physical activity which is demonstrated by the wide variety of sports she has tired including cricket, hockey, football, triathlon, white water canoeing, cycling, climbing, road running, walking and many more!
